The property scenically looked nice

The rooms were not the same as promised. We were promised a lake view but there was no view of the lake. And cleanliness was also an issue. It wasn’t pest free. The room was smelling of rat killer. The locks were not working.

The place is clean and was well maintained. The staff understood the challenges faced by travellers and adjusted with our needs and wishes well. Some things like requirements to use the pool should be informed at the time of booking itself to avoid confrontation later. Kitchen took their time to prepare food which is both good and bad. In one sense we got the food hot and fresh. On the other hand we had to wait for more than 15 minutes which when you have lot of kids in the party will create issues. All in all a good experience. Malampuzha dam with its cheap and great rope car, children friendly park is about 10-12 KM from the property which we got to know on our last day. Property should have nearby sight seeing places put up in a pamphlet so that guests can be better served.

Conditions to use the pool should have been informed prior. Kitchen could serve food according to the party's needs rather than waiting to serve all the items in the order in one go.

The Resort is built in a great location. It has a lovely ambiance. It’s a great place to relax

Swimming pool was good, food was nice. Rooms were spacious. Hassel free entry.

They don’t accept cards. Only cash or G Pay. That was disappointing.

1 evethough swimming pool is included.. Full time students were thre for learning. Almost all time swimming pool was crowded... 2. Breakfast was not complimentary.But we decided to have by paying..Breakfast was according to them 8.30 to 10 am.. But we reached there around 9.00 am for having breakfast.. But even though we have to wait for one hour to finish our meal... And we didn't get all the items at once.. We first ate idly then we waited for sometime and came 'poori'.like that..Lack of cordination and management.. They simply wasted our valuable time and money for the breakfast. Morning tea was also not tasty and they served us with small steel glass .We asked them why they served us with steel glass,they told that they served all those glass cups to guests. We also are the guests with full payment. They treated like this,with volume of tea. Also having less hygiene. ...
