"Great space for a base to tour Puglia and spend time in Monopoli"

Lovely space in the apartment and outside on the roof terrace. Very comfortable bed. Giando was very welcoming. Great to have a parking space too. Aircon was amazing! About 20 mins walk to train station or to the old town, close to a supermarket too.

The only thing I could mention was the shower was a little tight!

"Perfect accomodation in Monopoli!"

The apartment was very clean and tidy and entry was very easy as we were met on site, given the keys and explained everything perfectly. We were even given a welcome bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. Communication was easy and very prompt and we were assisted with anything we needed throughout our trip.

The apartment was very clean comfortable and stylish. The rooftop deck was lovely and the private parking was great. The location was convenient to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to old town.

The location was perfect, very easy to access all the other places of interest. Supermarket was close to the apartment as was the old town and beach.

Very nice location, clean, with all the comforts. Giando is a super host : extremely kind, responsive and helpful to all queries , starting with very easy communication and offering an early check in and late check out. He gave us advice on where to visit the best beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended!!
