The property was clean and well equipped. Roof terrace was blissful. Air con was excellent.

The place is great. Two bedrooms, private rooftop terrace, private parking. Giando was very welcoming and of great assistance when needed. Location is great, one can walk into town as we did many times. It is also very fast to get out towards the beach/other areas of the region. Would definitely return!

Location very good- we visited the area by train and the ease of reaching Monopoli station was a big plus.Giando was extremely attentive and offered advice on the locality- ideal for first time visitors to Puglia.

Giando, the host was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. It was nice to arrive to a bottle of wine and local focaccia. The appartment was quiet, good for sleeping. The terrace was great for apperitivo o’clock.

Great location with carpark on site. Beautiful rooftop terrace for apperativo and morning coffee. Would highly recommend!

The private parking is an excellent feature. The apartment is very modern and extremely clean. It has fully equiped kitchen and a very nice rooftop terrace. The host was very kind and welcomed us with a drink and local made bread. The apartment was 12 min walking from the old town.
