Very clean. Safe. Was fairly close to the photos on the description. On site cafe is nice and staff a pleasure to meet. These are independently owned units that are managed by property agents site 9-5

Location. Not quite the beach or in town. Located on a very busy road making it difficult to get anywhere by walking. Room missing items which were stated would be there such as coffee machine, strangely, there was a milk frother. You’ll need a car!

Everything would be perfect for the money if cleaning ladies were better. I rented this exact room last year, the glass windows in balcony were exactly the same as ladt year ( never cleaned). Somebody spilled cofee on the wall in balcony, guess what, its still there after 1 year. I would fire every cleaning person at this place. As for office. They were great.

Nice flat (i had to pay extra to get upgraded to - because I was openly told that the og one is very noisy) Great gym for a condo

Half the flats in the complex face the main road which is quite noisy No mobile signal in the area Wifi only in the rooms - none real workable in the pool area or the cafe The one in the rooms goes down occasionally and isn't very stable The complex is built in such a way that most flats get no light and you have to turn on the lights even during the day The roof people praise in other comments is just closed "for safety reasons"

Les 2 cafards trouvé dans la cuisine mais c’est normal d’après ce qu’on m’a expliqué vu l’endroit où se situe l’hôtel.

I have been here before, and absolutely enjoyed my stay But this time around I can truly say I only liked the pool, the trees, and the other guests that stayed there. The cleaning staff came and tried to make changes and clean but it still was suffice… it was just bleh. But thank you to the cleaning staff for your help nonetheless.

I didn’t like that there was construction going on, the power outage, no network service at all, the false advertisement of breakfast, the unfinished renovated room—it was half renovated, so some things were old, stained or broken. The communications with the property staff. The lack of customer service not from the cleaning staff or security but property management. The curtains in the living room Are see through so there was no privacy what so ever in our room. We didn’t even cook in our room cuss then utensils were old or looked super used and musty. First night no hot running water or even welcome water to drink. The room had a smell.

EL departamento que alquilamos no tenia elementos básicos si me ofreces cocina que al menos haya sal aceite y condimentos, no tenia toallas de pileta. No tenia plancha de ropa. Solo dos toallas de baño no fueron suficientes.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet établissement (qui est une résidence plutôt qu'un hôtel). - Chambre spacieuse, propre avec bonne litereie - une piscine très grande et agréable - une salle de sport classe et pratique - un environnement soigné avec de la verdure - à quelques minutes de la rue principale en voiture (indispensable ou alors il vous faudra prendre un taxi)

Voici les points que nous avons moins appréciés : - cuisine très peu fonctionnelle pour un lieu qui se dit appartement (très très peu d'ustensile), plaque de cuisson très très lente... - pas de place pour étendre le linge mouillés
