Pool area and room were very beautiful. we felt like we were in a secluded jungle

No cleaning services, two towels for the room, they charge for extra towels and no pool towels. You need to take out your own trash and clean the room. No bar at the pool WiFi only works in your room, not the hallways, pool area, gym, lobby, market or bakery.

I can’t believe the negative reviews. From the minute we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The two bed apartment was beautiful and spacious and had everything you needed including on suites in both rooms. Taxi facilities outside all the time and a short work to the closet 7 eleven and a short taxi ride to the local main areas.

The only negative was the showers, they were cold and after a few days it can get a little frustrating.

We were a Family of 6 adults and 4 kids and we had booked the 3BHK Apartment .....the Apartment was good in size and as per the photos

The Apartment is not serviced so you have to pay extra for the Cleaning and towels it was 1500 MXN peos for 1 time cleaning

Loved how spacious it was. It was perfect for a family of 4. Loved the landscape at this place. Definitely beautiful. The pool in the main area was very nice. It super close to the beach and all main attractions. Only thing is our private pool was cold, not clean and not very big as it looked in the photos. When I told front desk about the pool not cleaned.. they sent someone right aways to clean it. Kitchen cooking utensil could be upgraded. Restaurant and coffee shop are good and convenient.

Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. The apartment was not very clean upon arrival, which already set a negative tone. The worst part, however, was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was so intense that it made the space nearly unusable. The issue was serious enough that a maintenance worker had to come and replace the pipes entirely, which kept us stuck inside the room for over two hours during our vacation. On top of that, the apartment is poorly equipped: no basic kitchen condiments (not even salt or oil), no hangers in the closet, and not even a full-length mirror — all of which are normally standard in similar listings. On a more positive note, the staff were friendly and responsive to our concerns, and the pool is indeed beautiful.

The property is located right between Tulum Center and Tulum Beach - in both directions about 2 km. As we rented scooters for the whole trip it was perfect for us because we spent the days at the beach and the evenings in Tulum Center. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but still beautiful and clean. The pool area and the whole complex got cleaned every day. There is a security who checks the armbands so nobody gets inside who’s not supposed to be there. There are two small restaurants and a convenient store inside the complex. There is a beach shuttle 2x/day. You need to reserve a spot early in the morning for the same day. The whole staff was super friendly and professional. I would definitely come back to Mistiq and highly recommend it!

The kitchenette was missing some stuff. We were 4 people and got only 3 forks and 3 glasses. Also as it is just an apartment and no hotel the room didn’t get cleaned at all and we didn’t got cleaning stuff to do it by ourselves.
