WiFi was not working upon arrival for a full day. This prevented me from taking a virtual meeting with a very important client and as a result I lost thousands of dollars. The WiFi didn’t work intermittently throughout my trip which subsequently caused further complications for my businesses, in addition to the power going completely out at one point. I expect someone to get back to me about this or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The beds are super comfy.

The facilities and building accessories around the private pool area needed some care and maintenance. However, the pool still worked, which was good.

I would never rent this apartment again. It's extremely badly equipped, and the company managing it is not professional enough to solve small and simple problems. For instance, the kitchen in the apartment was equipped with two "deep" pots that were not compatible with the stove. So they removed them without replacing them. When I asked for a new pot so we could boil water/food, they said they didn't have any spare. This was just one of the problems... So if this is the kind of apartment and service you are looking for for your holiday I strongly recommend it!

Location, large apartment

Everything in the apartment is worn out, damp smell inside, hairs in the shower, poorly insulated therefore noise coming from everywhere, electrical outage for 2hours in one third of the condominium

Mistiq is a great option for everyone who needs a quiet space & good facilities. Service is professional and quick, reception helpful, location good (you need a bike/car to get to the city center or to the beach comfortably but on the other hand there’s no noise and that’s - in my opinion - the most important :)). We liked it.

There are no electric plugs in living spaces! there are only 3 in the entire one bedroom two are next to the bed used for lights and one right in the middle of the kitchen. I needed to work remotely and had to either stand on the kitchen island while the charging wire was hanging to the wall or lay in bed. Not having enough electric outlets is a huge oversight. No shelves in the shower Location is not accessible without Taxies / Shuttle. Drivers will use this against you, they want USD $100 for 15 min drive.
