A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide the below information for all guests: - Full name on passports - Date of birth - Nationality - Passport number/ ID number - Vietnamese visa expiry date - Special diet (food restrictions) Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parents. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. === Limousine transfer services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available with additional charge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 8:00 and 8:30 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:00 and 15:30 Private car and airport transfers are also available upon request. (The property has transfer service by car for Van Don airport, Cat Bi airport and Noi Bai International Airport with extra charge) === Secured parking is possible at a location nearby (Reservation is needed) and charged maybe applicable. === Late check-in will incur an extra charge of USD 100. Guests who arrive late will be brought to the cruise ship by a speed boat. === Please note last disembarkation from the cruise ship is at 11:30.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
