Très belle croisière, personnel au top (mention spéciale pour Jessica ;-))

Le personnel est top , ils sont accueillant, sympas, et au petit soin. Finn à été idéal lors de notre sejour ! Merci infiniment. Merci pour sa patience, ses explications et son temps donné. Ce sont ces personnes qui rendent le sejour exceptionnel ! Les boissons sont bonnes et très bien décorées.

Les boissons devrait être inclus vue le prix payé pour le séjour. Il faut compter 2 3 fois le prix des boissons. Il a manqué certain fruit en particulier de la mangue lors de notre sejour. Le bateau nous transportant jusqu'au grand bateau devrait être mieux.

Very relaxing at scenic cruise with excellent and friendly staff, especially Carter. Great views, wonderful food and such a fantastic few days. Went by too fast.

Like the cruise and rooms were nice. Jessica was very nice at customer service. Looked after all guests very nicely.

Kayak staff was very rude and rough for the kids. Life jackets needs to be replaced with new ones. Out of 1969 Islands all cruises were cramped in same area around 2 3 islands. So felt very crowded.. Arrival time was 11 30 so had to rush to get to the bookiny office. and boat on boarding was done at 1 30. so had to wait 2 hours. Could have been communicated well from beginning like arrive at 12 30 for transport and on boarding.

Staff was very attentive, especially Jessica our butler. The rooms were comfortable and clean with great views of Halong bay There were a number of activities planned which kept us busy but also enough relax time in the rooms

Note that there is a small boat that takes you to the actual cruise and that takes 30-40 min Buffet food is good with a lot of options but as expected it was our least favourite so far from what we ate elsewhere Jacuzzi is not hot, feel like a small pool

Everything was great. The room was clean, the food was great and staff were friendly. Special thank to Finn, his service was great!

The Staff was welcoming , polite and helpful. The cruise was well organized with easy check in and instructions. As soon as we boarded the ship , we were given lunch. Jennifer was our server during lunch. She was kind, well mannered and took great care in explaining the lunch menu and enquiring after us to ensure everything was in order. They offered interesting activities like kayaking, and swimming in the late afternoon to keep the guests entertained. The view form the rooms were lovely. The dinner and breakfast spread were delicious.

The tender/shuttle boat that took us to the main boat was hot. I wish it was cooler to keep everyone comfortable. The rooms were hot as well when we entered. I know it was probably due to the warm weather but it took hours for my room to get cool enough to be comfortable.
