Runway Hotel

The food was great the service suck at the front desk...give you one price then over charge your card in the end set of scamps...

Charge you one price then overcharge your card different..call you during your stay before your check out time to tell u u didn't check out before checking they system to see how long u paid for then still over charge u without any compensation.....I would never go back there set of scamp ...and bullshit.

Very basic breakfast. The menu for the hotel is extensive for dinner.

Loud music very early in the morning.

Quiet, clean, lovely staff. From security to Sadia at front desk and girls at bar. Food was good too.

The AC was not working well. The TV after figuring out that it was not plugged in I could not view any channels or figure how to use it. I did not bother.

They should educate and be more considerate to the guests. Also show a little more hospitality.

The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was good to the capital city and the airport. The bed and temperature of the room was comfortable, and parking was easy and accessible. Welcome cocktail was a pleasant surprise. Bar staff were lovely and made great cocktails. The pool looked nice and clean.

I understand the price demands increases in high demand periods however the room I booked via Booking.com was a King Room however I was told it was not available, and it would be a Queen room at the same price of a King size room. Additionally, I credit card details were placed upon the Booking.com site and I received a message stating that they need photo ID in order to process the booking. This was unusual as I have never had to do that on the Booking.com site before or any other booking worldwide. If this was not provided soon then the booking would be lost. This was a hassle and worry about giving my ID for a credit card payment as I was concerned this was a scam so went in person to enquire and share my ID details. The hotel stated that it was due to fraud issues. The Queen room I was now allocated did not have a fridge and I was told was smallest Queen room and the staff offered me the accessible room on the ground floor near reception which had a fridge so opted for that room. Due to location near the front desk, it was not soundproof unfortunately.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and resourceful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, helping us find great local food spots and arranging taxis whenever we needed them. The pool in the middle of the property was a nice touch it added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the onsite restaurant served really good food, which made dining super convenient. Their hospitality made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

While the property is a bit outdated, the cleanliness and excellent service made up for it.

Very close to the airport, and the staff at reception were very helpful.

Price during carnaval was excessive. It was better than anywhere else, but still excessive, due to the vacation season.

Mostly everything seems unclean the room we got had smashed walls with digs , a bathroom with half of door so when you bath and perhaps if you wanted to use the toilet after it’s flooded , it’s rusty and it feels so disgusting i usually go to many hotels every month or two and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had what was advertised on instagram wasn’t What we got I would advise couples to check your hotel room Before you book 100% not satisfied and for sure I won’t be going back there even if I’m offered a free night all inclusive that’s how bad.
