Runway Hotel

The only two things I like about the facility was the receptions from the morning only and the breakfast being provided.

The receptionists at night was not welcoming. The bartenders are/were extremely rude and dismissive. The ROOM WAS FILTHY! Very gross actually, it showed how the room service did not want to clean. I was promised a city view from my room when I put up my window it was black, I was in room 24, I only had a view from the side of the hotel and it was of back of the house and side of the hotel building. My window in the bathroom was wide open with no screen allowing bugs to fly in , which they did. The floor was not mopped on swept because my feet turnt black by only walking on the floor for a few mins. I would never stay here again. Very disappointed

The fire could be closed properly making my stay uncomfortable.. Door between bath and bedroom lock was installed in the reverse.,totally unacceptable.

It was good, rooms were clean, and the children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was very delicious.

We booked two rooms but one of the rooms, ants were biting us on the bed.

Room Nex to highway and not sound proof so the noise kept me up all night. Bed raised my Sinuses and this only happens if it's Dusty. Tv kept cutting off after every 10mins as if it was on a timer.

The breakfast was great except the vienna sausages. Not my preference

The pool closes off too early
