Air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room, inside bathroom floor needed some cleaning. Bed was smaller than expected.

"They experience was spoilt. It was supposed to be my 50th birthday gramd celebration"

No water at the facility, we had to leave before our scheduled departure. We couldn't bathe not flush the toilets.

They should have told us thay on check-in there was no water so we had the option of not checking in. They took our booking and then informed us of that. That was poor
