NOCozy backyard but a bit noisy at night. Good location on Söder and very close to Zinkensdam-subway. But:
Not a hotel - a hostel with a chatbot remote customer service (Bob). No real people to talk to about any issues, so even simple tasks as getting an extra towel is like talking to the pop up ai "helper" on a website, takes time and can only be fixed when cleaning staff is on site. The breakfast is not close to the hostel but a cafe several streets away, passing 5-6 other just as good options, and with limited seating (full when we arrived first day). And like (I now have read) several people write, not that clean. Many far better places both in Söder and Stockholm, not run by the paper clip from windows 95 with financial backing. Should not be listed or priced as a hotel on booking.com.
