"Horrible. Filthy and totally not suitable for family stay"

Messed up management. Booked 3 twin deluxe double bed with balcony and city view but they only provided 2 and the other one had no balcony at all. Plus that room was so smelly of onions and garlic and on top of that wanted to convince that it was what was booked when it was clear in the booking that 3 double bed rooms with balcony and city view were booked. Rooms were also old and smelly plus full of mosquitoes and it totally do not justify the price.

It's a nice hotel with a view of lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. it is a nice hotel but we didn't have WiFi in our room and there was dust on bed and weird smell from bathroom. So it'd be perfect if they can fix those. Overall we had a nice stay
