Room is big size, clean and having all fittings, staffs are very courteous and prompt, location of hotel is nice and 8-10minute walk away from main Janaki Temple,

Towels are too small, no hand wash in bathroom

No idea why they have an average of 7.5, which is totally unfair. I had the suite which comes with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable. It's ideally located close to everywhere. There is a restaurant with a great view of town. The best though was the staff, very friendly and helpful. The manager came with me all the way to the main street to help me find a rickshaw for a good price.
