The location is good, property is immaculate. Very nice and clean apartment. Highly recommended

The wifi was working well.

The property we were told afterwards by multiple drivers, wasn't in a safe area. There was no hot water. Only 1 person could use the shower for 3min before the hot water ran out. And the first 2 days, there was hot water at all. The kitchen was really dirty, we kept the door closed all the time. The apartment was in the basement, they never mentioned this whilst we were booking on booking.com. There was only one door, no windows. On the last day, we had to haul our Suitcases up the steep stairs ourselves. It's your typical once you make the payment they don't care anymore.

It was a new construction, not a clear ad that it’s in the basement not enough facilities

Good location, clean, and staff was friendly and very helpful

Extra towels could of been provided

Overall floor plan was excellent to have a good time with friends and rooms are nice and quite.

A bit better cleaning would be great but it was not dirty.

Excellent host. Kept us updated about everything from the moment the booking was placed. Also very honest, we accidentally over paid, and he came back to return the money. Will be back next month.

Hot water can be a bit warmer but still very good

Breakfast was not available at the property. However management should have basic kitchen items like cooking oil, salt, sugar and black tea or coffee jars to prepare a meal.

We had to get sugar, salt, milk, coffee and tea from the nearest market. Rest it was marvellous
