Emeralds Villa Islamabad

Property decor was very nice. Locations is spot on. I wouldn’t call it a villa, but it is not a basement flat rather than a villa.

The amenities in the kitchen were poor and weren’t clean. We had to keep asking the guy on hand to put on hot water. The showers was only properly working on one room, the toilet in the twin room is very hard to sit on for an adult.

We arrived late evening (10pm) and we were greeted by Zaman who was great. He showed us around the place and made sure we knew where everything was. We also requested some additional duvets and he brought them over to us very quickly. There are three rooms, a living/dining area and a kitchen. Everything is really clean and looks just like the pictures on booking.com. Facilities are great - kitchen has plates and cutlery, there’s a cooker, sink and fridge. Each room has heating/air con and there’s free WiFi. There’s a TV in the living room comfy sofas and the dining table seats four (but you could probably get a couple of extra people around it if needed). Towels and other basics are also provided. It’s just like a hotel. If you’re thinking about staying but unsure - don’t hesitate. It’s a great place, with a good location (20 mins or so to the airport) and the host is very welcoming and accommodating. We will stay here again if we return to Islamabad and will be recommending it to our family and friends. Thank you Umar Farooq and Zaman for a great stay.

Payment wasn't taken on arrival and host had to chase whilst we were out of the property. Other than that, can't fault it.

Excellent Place

Great loaction and best place for families. Very neat and clean

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, each of them with its own bathroom and AC. Was allowed to leave some luggage while exploring the northern region.

Due to the location in the basement (!) there is little to no daylight. Just one room has some kind of an underground ‘patio’. Rooms were not spotless clean, in fact there is already some mould on the ceiling of at least one of the bathrooms. And last but not least: Pakistani people are known to be among the most hospitable people in the world, but unfortunately the owner of the property is probably among the most inhospitable persons in Pakistan.
