Everything! Japanese style ryokan with very polite staff, at a good price too.

Only 1 little thing, there was no bidet/washlet in the toilet.

Nice, big room, old school bathtub, authentic sleeping, complimentary good tea, traditional outfits, close to beautiful gorge and nice, local bars.

Authentic, traditional, comfortable, quiet. There is a good meal service available.

No shared space or garden. A bit far from most attractions.

i liked the room the way it is, for me it was quite charming.. wet areas were renovated and comfortable enough.. breakfast was okay but i really liked the dinner.. Sunawara-san is an excellent cook and I was looking forward to his dishes every day ^^

even though i asked for a quite room, my room was not quite at all and every morning housekeepers were extremely noisy.. since the check out time is 10am i believe it would be much nicer to start cleaning the rooms and common areas after that time.. only 1 or 2 other rooms were occupied during my stay that's why i found it a bit disrespectful to start cleaning while guests are in their rooms =(

This was a very good accomodation. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

I have nothing to complain about

Rooms were cozy and traditional. The food was excellent, and the staff were very nice!

The owner’s introduced is very friendly and patiently. There is a local supermarket in the vicinity for about 4 minutes by car. Dinner was delicious.

Dinner delivery was a bit slow, if rice and meal (meat, vegetable …etc) are send together, it’s more better.

Very friendly owner and staff. Dietary restrictions(vegan) were greatly accommodated. Helped us warm up the food we brought with us.
