very nice contact beforehand with the host. Booking a private parking space was possible at short notice. self check in very well described. nice location, close to the city center.

Unfortunately, one window couldn't be closed completely, so it was very loud and windy. Double bed only accessible from one side, a bit awkward at night if you have to go to the toilet. Faucet in the bathroom a bit loose.

The apartment was very clean and exceptionally cozy. 10/10 location for downtown Reykjavík. Modern appliances & handy fridge/freezer. Nice bathroom with a big shower. TV with plenty options to watch. Quick staff replies. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay given the affordable price point.

late checkout cuts a bit early at 12. (13:00 would be desirable) The noise from each passerby is quite clear but not a big issue given low traffic on that particular street.

The room was very comfortable, warm and nicely decorated. the location is very convenient because it is close to the center on foot.

Good location, very warm, free parking, and kitchenette.

Loose faucet on bathroom sink, and shower floor could be a little cleaner.

No washing machine as advertised. They said it would be there day after never arrived. No cleaning equipment. Brush/mop etc. Asked for fresh towels, none arrived. Could not control heating. People in the upstairs moving furniture at 4am. Very noisy. Shower smelt like sulphur.
