Enjoyed each bit of my stay here. Great hospitality and great food. Staff was very polite. Room and washrooms were neat and clean.

The room was big

The blanket had insects all over it, I had to call the staff to get it changed. Bathroom was not very good with bucket and mug looking very gross. The staff took 1000 for a 915 rupee bill and never returned the balance even after asking multiple times. Check-out process did not work and I did not get remaining cash that was due as change Overall horrible experience, booking.com should definitely take some actions
