The hotel was clean. Ambience was good. Staff was okay but not very cooperative in servicing. Eateries available nearby.

They should try to accommodate to the requests of guests or provide reasonable reasonable if saying no. Bluntly refusing is kind of rude. Plus they charged me extra. When payment when I recalculated the amount and confronted them, then they said that they were about to tell. Didn't seem from their behaviour that they were interested in telling since we had already checked out.
