Location convenient to town .

Overall, tired interior. Ranchslider at back difficult to lock, not confident it was secure. Old curtains did not fit full width of windows. Toilet door did not close. Foam sofa covered by stretch cover with holes. Poor heating, HRV sign on door + ceiling vents, but not working. Cold night, only two small fin heaters for entire two bedroom unit . Curtains did not cover whole window. TV needed staff help to start , then was affected by another user remote selecting channels, maybe next door. Gave up and went to bed. Bedding clean + spare blankets. Staff polite and helpful. Quiet.

The decor is dark, drab and dated The only heating option was a small oil-filled heater - not exactly cosy - and the lighting was barely sufficient.

Very dated and tired decor something out of the 1980s, no sky tv although the road sign says it has.

The location was good that's why we chose to stay there.

No heating was very cold the heater that was there didn't work was very disappointing about it. My sister's said the room with the 3 beds smelt like rats. Over all it was the clean

We were greeted by the most beautiful friendly woman at reception with the most beautiful smile wonderful service wonderful friendly staff. We’ll definately be back!

There was nothing we didn’t like it was great
