The room was so warm and clean very comfortable absolutely enjoyed our stay will definitely come back again 👌thank to the lovely lady who welcomed us

It was handy to where we needed to be in the morning. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

It was definitely in need of TLC. The oven was dirty, the net curtains had seen better days. It felt like it had been used over lockdown to house homeless. A shame as it is set in nice gardens and very close to restaurants.

DJ the lady at reception was awesome! No fuss last minute booking. We were in the middle of moving out of our house in Āwhitu, a stressful long-winded process and just needed a break from sleeping on the floor. It couldn't have been a more perfect arrangement. End unit - spacious and with a lovely park-like lawn area outside - a peaceful setting. Very comfy beds. Close to town for takeaways, supermarkets, etc.

I liked that it is dog friendly

It is very dated and could do with painting inside to tidy it up.
