The location is okay.

Our booking was double the amount of a standard double room, for a single room chalet. When we arrived we were given a standard double that looked as if a homeless person had been using it as one big personal toilet. We had booked with a group of 28 people, we all arrived at 3pm. No one was put Into the rooms that they had booked. Some booked a luxury room, some booked standard, people who booked luxury rooms were put into standard rooms or like in our case a dilapidated rooftop tent with dirty lipstick stained towels, or the people who booked standard rooms, had been put into 8 bed chalets, some even arrived to their room to find people still passed out in their bed. The service was sub par, the food horrific, with terrible portions of varying sizes. I had requested a partial refund, if we could not get the room that we booked. I, like many were told that the fault was ours, even though we had all booked 2 months in advance. I would never stay there again, unless I want to truly appreciate how good almost every other accommodation in the area is. I wouldn’t even recommend it to an enemy. It truly was a disaster.
