Bed sheets were dirty. Comforters were smelling bad When I called reception, no one was able to understand english, i used google translate to tell the reception that send the cleaning staff and bed sheets need to be changed.

Broken tap in the kitchen. Broken shower door in the washroom. Water on the Floor of the bathroom the direction of drainage was not right. No microwave. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty comforters.
