Nothing like in that hotel to say. i wish they will improve what i say which i didn't like

1) Breakfast Not hygenie , indonesian worker not using hand glove while surfing breakfast. and he is sleepy mode in 8 am. 2) Sudani and saudi Receiptionist is very bad in day and night shift. not behaving well manner. 3) No wifi signal, Actual very low wifi signal strength and this not for hotel wifi, fact this was used to be in home for 2 -3 persons not for hotel commericial. please increase your bandwidth and plan of wifi 4) False information for the bus to madina daily prayers not punctual on time. 5)No water facility 6)Tap water cut down

Breakfast and the staff over there. and transport to every prayer.

It wasn't what was advertised, little bit runed out place, old furniture, zero amenities, no cleaning service. but this is what you will get. breakfast was good but cold. but tbh, they are trying hard. so give it a try.

I like everything good customer service employees. Good location between two historical islamik mosk. Near to the haram. I will goo back to this hotel again because I feel good the time I am there.

Everything was good for me and my family

beds were ok.

no staff support.main breakfast items finished when we went for breakfast. no drinking water in room. no coffee or tea.
