The owner was lovely; some of her staff could be a little more friendly.

Central location near the cable car worked well They also received an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived

It is at the top of a very steep hill so if walking be aware

Easy to find, easy to check in. Was upgraded to a suite which was nice.

Felt a little musty and old. But maybe that is the charm? It didn't affect my stay at all, but was just an observance.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Il personale è super cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, dotate di tutto e molto pulite. Il Cable Car che passa davanti all’ingresso!

The location of this place was good for our stay, meaning that we could walk to many of the popular places

This property felt as though it had been stuck in 1985, with very dated decor and outdated information packs available. The staff were not very friendly or responsive when I alerted them of a very suspicious looking brown stain on the wall next to the loo paper. Disappointingly, this was not cleaned in our time here.

It was spacious with everything you needed in the kitchenette. Even though it was on the cable car line it was very quiet. We loved the access to cable cars and other transportation. Also close to Chinatown, North Beach and Union Square.

Vam gaudir d’una estada molt agradable en aquest apartament situat al centre i amb transport públic molt a prop. L’habitació és àmplia, ben equipada i amb tot el necessari per sentir-se com a casa. Ens va anar molt bé poder disposar de la cuina, amb microones, fogons i utensilis, per preparar els nostres àpats amb comoditat. Pros: -Ubicació excel·lent, molt cèntrica i ben comunicada. -Habitació gran i confortable. -Cuina pràctica i ben equipada, ideal per cuinar durant l’estada.

El carrer on està ubicat té una pendent força pronunciada, pot ser incòmode per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda o maletes pesades. Tot i anunciar servei diari de neteja, en els tres dies d’estada no es va fer l’habitació ni es van canviar les tovalloles

Emplacement parfait pour visiter tout San Francisco. L hôtel est juste devant un arrêt câble car. Le personnel est très aimable. L appartement est grand et confortable.

La casa è nel centro di San Francisco su una via in cui passa la famosa cable car. È molto pulita e all’interno è fornita di tutto l’occorrente. Alla reception sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili per consigli.
