The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. For Indian nationals a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Please note PAN card is not valid as an ID. For foreign nationals passport along with the valid visa is must at the time check in. People from holding Delhi NCR ids will not be permitted to check in. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability on chargeable basis. Please note that guests are requested to be wary while booking cabs at airport and railway station as non-hotel personnel may trick them. The hotel provides a free pick-up service from the Indira Gandhi International Airport or the New Delhi Railway Station. However, the guest will have to pay a nominal airport parking fee as charged at the airport itself. The facilities were poor. It didn’t look the way it shown online. The area was poor, lift facility was poor. Also, they didn’t pick us up from airport even after sending mail. They didn’t give us proper rooms as well. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Kindly look into the issue

"Very nice staff in a colonial Hotel feeling place in the heart of Paharganj"

The staff is super nice in this hotel and always available for help. Very central hotel with colonial feeling in Paharganj not far from all the sights. I would consider this hotel as medium range and I'm rating it as a medium range Indian Hotel. The area around the hotel is very messy, chaotic and noisy but that what also makes Delhi very interesting. We stayed here in June which is very hot but we love the heat  and the Air con was very good in the room. Wifi was a hit and miss but i guess it depends on each room. Water in the shower was very hot. Loved the balcony accessible from my room. I must have spent hours there during my four day stay. Convenient restaurant next door. Breakfast was good. Very nice staff there too.

Location is good in the middle of old Delhi. Breakfast is very good.

Lots of traffic obviously so leave time to get places!

"Very good hotel with excellent restaurant"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They advised us the hotel restaurant was good and they were very right! Cafe vagabond (the hotel restaurant) was great - we ate there every day of our stay having different dishes (plus their staff were lovely). The room was spacious, mostly clean and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. There were always tuk tuks passing by outside. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, where you only pay for the driver’s parking cost, which is not much at all (+ driver tip) - this was really helpful and the driver communicated with us well & it was easy to find him.

The bathroom is nice and the shower is warm & powerful. However, our bathroom did not have great ventilation so it did get very hot (and stayed hot for a while) after a warm shower.
