MYVery good and cheap price, and the location is very good. However, the unit is located in old condominium, the unit is also old especially the bathroom. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. Generally, the entire unit is clean.
Good if the host can deep clean the bathroom as it has old stains which probably not able to remove just with normal cleaning. Other than that, the unit is very acceptable for the price paid.

For the master room the mattress given is very hard and uncomfortable and very noisy at night.

SGvery homely stay. the owner was very responsive and responded to our needs quickly (light not working, water supply concerns). they also have a back up plan for when the water supply is down. aircon was good. location very convenient for going to the centrepoint and to grab to other malls and sights.
like others mention, the building is rather old, but the apartment itself is very clean. the water supply also went down on 1 of the days but came back before night time
CN环境和地理位置都很不错，打车也都很方便，房屋也很整洁，设施都很齐全，回到家阿姨打扫的很干净，空调也开了，非常舒服，房东人真的很好，非常好沟通，体贴热心
