Rooms were clean...Owner Receptionist and attender service boy in the morning...everyone behavior was nice

The attender boy who gives service to rooms from evening to morning...His behavior was very rude and bad behavior...I request the owner to take him out otherwise no guest Will come again after his behavior.....Overall it was a bad experience with that man....Never ever repeat that again with someone else...He was also telling to leave the room in night....When I Told him that I will complain about him then he told that no problem..you can complain and I will not change my behavior...

They were accommodated in a different hotel room named Leela Residency, but the room was not registered under the name of the person who made the confirmed booking. The amount charged was more than the original booking amount, and the room lacked basic facilities. Additionally, the food was tasteless and not worth the price. Overall, we are not satisfied with the experience through Booking.com.
