Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist sehr Basic , aber hat alles was man benötigt. Konnten die Küche mitbenutzen. Man sollte unbedingt einen Roller besitzen wenn man die Unterkunft wählt

Simple rooms with all you need. The lady was friendly and helpful. Very good money for value in general.

One minor drawback was the bathroom drain, which was blocked from the start. But what was truly appalling was this: we did the big volcano hike on Saturday and wanted to relax on Sunday. At 5:30 a.m. (!!) on Sunday morning, a tremendous racket started right next to our bedroom window. It turns out the owner had actually hired workmen at that very moment, who started repairing a broken piece of furniture right next to the window: with a chainsaw and jackhammer for over an hour. And this was right next to rooms with cardboard walls and zero soundproofing. When we complained, instead of an apology, they just laughed. The work was finished at 7:00 a.m. and didn't happen again for the rest of the day. Seriously: did you really have to schedule these 1.5 hours of extremely loud work for 5:30 a.m. on Sunday morning when you have the whole day? It's only logical that your guests want to sleep. And as a hotel, you owe them the paid rest hours. Even with the best earplugs, sleep was impossible. You made us quite angry

L'ambiance calme et détendu est l'un des points forts de l'établissement. Maria, la dame qui nous a accueille et qui nous a fait à manger était super gentil et souriante. Tout ce qu'on a mangé était délicieux !
