ROJIYU KYOTO

Great little property. Only 4 units. The Sakura unit was HUGE!!! Two spacious bedrooms with two beds in each. The outdoor tub was fantastic! Very unassuming from the outside but a great find. The staff was great.

The main room was very comfortable, featuring a large bed, washer-dryer, kitchen, and mini-fridge. The bathroom was beautiful and fully equipped, and the Dyson hair dryer was a great touch. The outdoor bathtub was truly relaxing. Upstairs, there was another bathroom, an additional bedroom, and a dining area. The staff was very kind at all times and helped us send our suitcase ahead to Tokyo to make our journey easier. The area where it is located is very quiet, ideal for relaxing.

The property was extremely safe, beautiful and comfortable! Our family really enjoyed it!

Had an amazing stay here with friends - the best place we stayed at in Japan. Wish we stayed for longer.

Amazing experience. They breakfast is a must. The favorite of our hotels from our stay in Japan. Able to use transport system to other hotels.

Our stay was somewhat comfortable, but certainly there were parts that we missed. For example, there was no seating area on the first floor, other than the two beds. There also was extremely limited lighting, making the whole suite feel rather dark and cold. I think the overall aesthetic was, in photos, sleek, modern and well done; it just didn’t equate to real life comfort for my family. The hot tub was nice, but, didn’t outweigh the drawbacks, in my opinion. The staff was delightful when they were available, but we checked in much later than we expected (around 10pm) and had a bit of a hard time. That said, they emailed us back right away when we reached out at that time, even though they weren’t at the desk.
