This was a beautiful property with very good staff members. However, there is an obvious mold problem in the main bathroom, with a musty smell and back mold around the wooden tub. We had serious allergies, and a strong reaction and I wasn't able to sleep well. They had air filters around the first and second floors but this doesn't do any good. I had alerted the front desk of this problem, she mentioned they will clean it. I think at this point it is not something that can be cleaned but the wooden tub needs to be completely removed to solve the problem. I just want to make this aware so they have this problem fixed.

Very lovely and spacious place to stay. The outdoor bath is wonderful to experience with. Definitely come back here again on the next trip :)

It was such a beautiful property. Japan is safe in general no matter where you go but what a beautiful property this was. Spacious with a large bedroom, outdoor ‘onsen’ bath area. Extra bedroom/dining/living area upstairs with a powder room. Main bath has a large walk in shower and another onsen type bath as well. We forgot our pouch there with our passports and they reached out to us right away. Staff was always polite and helpful, but this literally goes with everyone we dealt with during our trip. We highly recommend this place!

My lady & I had an amazing stay. The onsen was amazing even it being in the low 30s when we were out there.

Gorgeous hotel! Clean, organized and all the amenities you could need - better than expected. Would absolutely book a stay there again.

這房間我十分滿意,唯一有少少意見的是空外溫泉的水, 不能自己控制,所以水量不會太悶7是每日,而且當水冷後不能再整熱,不過我還是每日都使用
