Location was amazing. Apartment was just what we needed for our stay.

Bathroom had a leak from the sink that covered the bathroom floor. We caught a cleaner who contacted reception and when we arrived back it looked fixed. This was not the case and we noticed it leaking again. Also the smell in the bathroom was not good.

Very centrally located, just a few steps from Central Market Square. Relatively clean beds and bathroom. WiFi working properly.

Basic facilities, take shampoo with you. Towels could have been cleaner and newer. The most important is that the heating was not working. And Krakow was relatively cold in November. I sent messages to complain. Communication was a bit awkward altogether, during the four days I didn't see anybody in the building except from a cleaning lady on the first day. The thing is that they said they would fix the heater but they didnt. On the last day, the aircondition started working but it was not enough. Of course I could not go back to the room but for sleep, during which I used the second duvet availble but it was still cold. So I have been ill since then until today (3 days after my return) because of the cold room. Still suffering...

Excellent location just off the Old Town main square. A few more sachets of tea and coffee would have been nice for 4 days. Breakfast excellent in the nearby cafe. Would fully recommend to friends

A bit confusing for the vouchers for the breakfast as only had for 2 and then the restaurant had to ring several times to get it sorted.
