Location is right off the main square.

There is a bar next door with a beer garden, to which it is noisy until the early hours. The room is tired, and the bathroom smells of drains. Room no3 .

The location was absolutely perfect for all the sites in Krakow. The room was beautifully clean and the communication from the staff was brilliant.

Seamless check-in and check-out. Room exceeded expectations: very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location and value for the price can't be beat. I had a room facing the garden and noise level was minimal.

There was no sink stopper/drain cover in the bathroom sink, and the smell from the pipes made the entire bathroom smell a bit musty/earthy. It wasn't unbearable, just a little unpleasant.

Everything was super comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and you have easy access to everything you need. Supermarkets, pharmacies, the main square, and the Wawel castle are all walking distance from the room. The customer service number answered promptly and clearly, giving all needed instructions for the stay. (The check-in/out process was very simple) The room felt safe, and the facilities included were perfect, and the WiFi was fast.

While the rest of the room was clean, there was a smell that came from the bathroom sink. We fixed this with some air freshener but when we returned to the room after a long day the smell came back.

The location is excellent because it is precisely the city center. However, the street is relatively noisy, so you should be ready to hear people coming from the street. But it is good that you can self-check-in at any time.

The furniture was a little bit old and wear and tear. The room was very small, but the bed was cozy.

Breakfast was good, it was provided by the nearby restaurant.

No room cleaning during the stay. You need to remind staff about shower gel every day.
