GBI do not leave bad reviews but this was not a pleasant experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. There is no window in the room, just a hole that overlooks reception so it is stuffy. The TV in the room didn't work and there wasn't enough toilet roll. When I went to ask for more, they looked annoyed and told me they would bring it to the room(why couldn't they just hand me a toilet roll?). They never brought it, I didn't feel comfortable to ask again so used the toilet in the lobby. I am not happy with the amount I paid for this room with this service and quality. But booking.com have not been able to receive a reply from them. There are better hotels in the same area for less money and higher quality. I do not recommend.
MXMuy limpio, el precio excelente y el personal con muy buena disposición para ayudar, me quedé una noche más. Muchas cosas cerca para comer rico alrededor de la colonia guerrero, forum Buenavista y Santa María la Ribera. Tienen un jardín muy bonito y sorprende en medio de CDMX, tienen estacionamiento entrando por el eje 1 PTE.

if you call to make reservations or o to the hotel directly you will get a cheaper price than online. the bathorooms were nice and clean and comfy but we were not given any shampoo, just soap
SIThey allowed us to store our luggage after check out for free. The neighbourhood offered a lot of street food and was near a metro station and walking distance to the historical.
The windows didn't close at all, leading to news throughout the night due to it being next to a main road. The rooms were not very clean and felt neglected. We did not receive amenities (shampoo and soap) until the last day. The bed was one of the lumpiest and most squicky beds we have ever had. Impossible to move and not be loud. The neighbourhood is a bit on the rough side.
