MXThe lobby is beautiful, the decoration is awesome! The Hotel is really close to public transportation services and there is a few stores nearby.
The room was incredibly small. The door of the bathroom was broken. The staff offered to change us the room but we did not accept. The bed sheets and the floor had stains, one towel was insanely worn out.

they gave me only one towel, and half a roll of tissue paper if you don't ask for cleaning each day they don't do the cleaning, no hot water and the water comes out on a very little water drop, no phone system I reported and they said ok i will check an 5 day I were there never fix
