Right after making the reservation, only one hour later I requested a cancellation because I saw a review from another guest warning about construction noise in the building. The hotel never replied, neither to me nor to Booking. Due to the total lack of response and in order not to lose my money, I decided to go to the hotel anyway. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been moved to a family room because there were no standard rooms available. I had no problem with this and accepted the change. However, from that same afternoon there was constant construction noise, starting early in the morning and lasting until late afternoon/evening, making it impossible to rest. In addition, there are medium-sized dogs on the street that bark constantly when you walk by, which can feel intimidating, especially if you are traveling with children. The next morning, at 9:30 am, I went to breakfast and was told that breakfast was already over and that my reservation did not include breakfast. This is not true: my Booking reservation clearly states “breakfast included.” When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she told me that it was not her problem and that I should contact Booking. I contacted Booking not because of the breakfast itself (I did not really care about missing it), but because it seemed absurd to pay for a service that is included and then be told it is not. I only wanted a coffee. After leaving in the morning and returning in the afternoon, I faced a very serious situation: All my belongings had been moved to another room without informing me, calling me, or getting my consent. They touched all my personal belongings, including intimate clothing, and moved me to another room simply because I had complained to Booking. Later I realized that three people were staying in the family room I had originally been assigned, so I assume they needed that room for other gue

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Hotelchefin spricht nicht viel, ist aber sehr warmherzig. Das Frühstück könnte verbessert werden, ansonsten ist alles sehr schön.

Frühstück aber okay kann nicht soo viel Drama machen 😊,

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und auf Anliegen wurde reagiert – beispielsweise haben wir ein neues Zimmer erhalten, da die Klimaanlage im ursprünglichen Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft sauber.

Negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass es keinen täglichen Service wie frische Handtücher gab. Zudem befand sich direkt hinter unserem Zimmer eine Baustelle des Hotels, die bereits um 07:00 Uhr morgens begann – Feriengäste wären froh, im Voraus darüber informiert zu werden. Aufgrund der Situation haben wir früher ausgecheckt, da wir sehr unzufrieden waren. Zusätzlich sprach das Personal kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation schwierig bis nahezu unmöglich machte.

Был ремонт с 7 утра этажом выше, было очень шумно, только вечером можно отдохнуть, завтраки слишком ранние и однообразные. Если вы весь день где то и в другом месте то или рано просыпаетесь и уезжаете то все ок. Море не близко как на картах. Улочка по которой надо ходить темная и много собак, конечно не злых, но если у вас фобия на собак то это проблема
