Very clean spacious studio with kitchen. Polite and friendly staff and owners.

Small minus that its located very close to the road but it's not that loud inside.

This is one of the best properties in Savannakhet despite there were limited parking lots. The staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and extremely fluent in English. I do not have to go to the laundry as i can wash my clothes and dry it outside the back door. Television has Netflix so whenever i am bored, there are plenty of movie varieties to choose from and i like to watch indonesian horror movies! If i ever have a chance to visit Savannakhet again, i will definitely come back to this property!

Lovely apartment. Everything you needed was there ( except washing machine!) Good secure apartment. Great communication from owner. Very clean. Netflix and You Tube available.

A lovely place to stay, we found it after traveling for months in SE Asia and it really felt like home. A small kitchen with all the utensils for cooking, big tv with Netflix, big comfortable couch, good A/C. The host was amazing, she was very responsive and helpful, offered to pick us up and drop us off at the bus station. We would have extended if there had availability. Totally recommend if you stay in Savannakhet!

The management were excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. The units were clean and modern with super soft comfy beds and pillows. The location was great, a 10-15 min walk to the night market by the river or if you hire bikes through the apartment only a short bike ride away

A very well appointed studio flat, with a comfy bed up on a raised mezzanine. Nice bathroom and shower, and the kitchen area has enough utensils to work with. Sofa is lovely and there is a big TV with Netflix, Amazon, Youtube etc available. There are a few restaurants that are an easy walk from the apartment, plus a well-stocked shop one block away. The host is lovely, helpful and speaks good English, which is not that common in Laos. Some nice, thoughtful touches, such as having the wi-fi password visible from the entrance to the property (very handy when you arrive late at night and need to check emails, WhatsApp or booking.com). Also, one of the best (i.e. most tempting) minibars selections I have seen in SE Asia!

Nothing about the property. Locally, there isn't much to do at night, but Savannakhet isn't really the place for that anyway. I spent a lot of my time just enjoying the apartment.

I arrived and sent messages to the LINE account using the provided WiFi. Aura was quick to respond, helped answer all of my questions on the chat, and came to meet me within a very short time. She gave suggestions about places to eat and to visit during my stay in Savannakhet. The room is clean, spacious, and a great value.

Wherever you stay in Savannakhet, be prepared with earplugs. It may be hard to find a quiet place to sleep.

It was exactly as shown in the photos. Modern and clean, comfy beds. A proper shower rather than a small shower head fixed at a random height far too close to the toilet. The owner was very kind and helpful. She answered queries very quickly

Being on a junction with a main road it was a little noisy, especially when vehicles revved as the traffic lights turned green. However it was quiet through the night, or we slept through it.

Loved the property. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice lounge area with big TV, amazing AC, full sized fridge and cooktop with cutlery, and little front area to park your bike. The manager of the property was VERY kind. They offered to drive me to my next location and helped me navigate crossing the Laos-Thai border. They went above and beyond.

Not a big deal, but had to buy oil, salt and pepper to take advantage of cooking. Very inexpensive to do so though and only a minor issue if you do plan on cooking.
