Silver Shiga

We stayed for 5 nights and were really impressed by Silver Shiga. It had a lovely vibe and the Japanese style room was large and had plenty of space. Appreciated having our own toilet/sink in the room. Everything was immaculately clean and the large communal onsen style bath was a lovely way to relax after a day on the slopes. You can almost ski in/out as there is a lift behind the hotel. The hotel is great for winter sports and has a big ski locker in the basement and there's a nice little bar attached that serves fantastic crepes and drinks. While the hotel was excellent value for money, it is a little bit dated and probably hasn't been updated since the 80s but it didn't particularly bother us. I'd really recommend Silver Shiga overall for a great stay.

The accommodation offer breakfast which smelt amazing but they can't cater for dietary requirements so just be aware of that if applicable to you. The communal bath is only open between 4.30pm and 10pm so if you're a morning shower person then it takes a bit of getting used to.

広々していて、静かで部屋がとても暖かかった。猫が可愛かった。隣の喫茶店のクレープが美味しかった。早朝チェックアウトさせてもらいお手数おかけしました。
