Absolutely everything: Filipe was beyond welcoming and helpful as were other staff members. The lush surroundings, very close access to the sea and coastal foot path as well as local restaurants and stores was a huge plus. The villa itself was fantastic! Super comfortable with nearly every amenity available to make the stay more pleasant. Superb shower, bed, coach, lounging chair and great climate control for when it’s warm, humid or cool. There’s even a covered, communal gathering area with fresh coffee/espresso available around the clock and a pool with sea views. I am so lucky to have stayed here and miss it already.

Not a thing

Vi følte os meget velkomne. De havde stillet en fin frugt-kurv, vin, brød og ost til os første aften, hvor vi ankom sent. Stedet ligger i gåafstand til hav-pool, smukt udsigtspunkt for solnedgang og tæt på Ponte Delgada. Stort fællesområde med pool og overdækket veranda i grønne omgivelser. Rart med egen parkering, da det er lidt af et problem mange steder. Super serviceminded personale, Felipe kom forbi allerede første dag og spurgte om alt var ok, og gav gode anbefalinger til øen generelt.

We had a lovely stay at Green&Houses. The property is really magical. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the pool area many times but it was still an awesome stay. Filipe was a great host. He gave us a tour and answered all our questions.

We recently stayed at Green&Houses, and it was an absolute 10/10 experience! The whole property feels like a tropical garden paradise – lush, peaceful, and full of beautiful details that make you instantly relax. Our studio with sea view was spacious, with high ceilings, spotless, and tastefully modern. The true highlight, however, is Filipe – an incredibly kind and attentive host who greeted us with a basket of fresh fruit and local wine, including a pineapple from his own garden! From the very first moment, he shared countless tips about the island – hikes, restaurants, and hidden gems – and was always just a message away whenever we needed advice. We felt completely at home and left with the best memories. Thank you, Filipe, for making our time on São Miguel so special – we’ll definitely be back!

Sehr schöne und stilvolle eingerichtet Unterkunft. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. :)

Wir hätten uns mehr von der Terrasse und der Außenanlage erwartet.

Das Apartment war perfekt. Es hat alles was man braucht. Man kann mit dem Bus in die Stadt oder zu Fuß (längerer Spaziergang)

Es gab eine kleine Problematik und es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert
