The place is located less than 3 miles from downtown ponta delgada, and it is just steps away from the ocean front. We did a morning jog along the ocean on the nice walking/running path all the way to the downtown to take in the amazing view. Our room is on the 2nd floor with ocean view it is very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. The property has a greenhouse with pineapple plantation and a beautiful garden and pool. The host Felipe is super friendly and generous of giving us a welcome fruit basket including delicious Azores pineapple, bread and cheese. We highly recommend Green&Houses!

Elena showed us around the beautiful gardens and apartment. It was our honeymoon and they had decorated the room and given us a bottle of champagne, bread and cheese. We also had a big fruit bowl including a pineapple grown on site. This was the most amazing pineapple I've ever tasted! The room was simply but beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Most of the time qe had the pool to ourselves as there are only a couple of houses on site. You can see the sea from the pool. We were able to relax and unwind and explore the local area. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay.

The location is a drive from the centre of ponta delgada so groceries require a taxi but there are plenty of restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk.

המיקום ממש לא יפה, וגם לא נעים ממש בפתח המתחם יש כביש די מרכזי שנוסעות בו מכוניות מאד מהר

Das Bett war leider etwas hart und unbequem für unsere Verhältnisse

It was a very comfortable and spacious ground floor flat . The bed was very comfortable. The owner and manager were very attentive and dealt with an issue with had very professionally.

The place is described as a Vila . However it is not a villa as we would expect . It is a very nice ground floor apartment . There are other apartments/rooms on the site and the swimming pool is shared. Given that we felt the cost for the week was very high even for July.

The property was absolutely beautiful and Felipe was so helpful. We will definitely be back!
