The bed was comfortable, but honestly it was a bad ezperience.

This property (one bedroom villa) was really far from what we have expected according to the photos on Booking. First, the living room has no windows, only a glass entrance door. Secondly, the whole place has a strong musty smell, we even had a slug inside. Thirdly, the windows and doors are made of poor quality, so all outside noise comes through – cars, motorbikes, people talking, birds, firecrackers, and so on.The location is also not ideal and has a strange atmosphere.

The villa was beautiful and well appointed. The landscaping was lush and the pool was stunning. Filipe was wonderful and very accommodating.

The property is situated in a lovely village just outside of Ponta Delgada and has lots of amenities. If you don’t have a car, the walk into town is a bit long so definitely take a cab. Filipe was very helpful in arranging a ride for us.

The house was in a beautiful calm location while being very close to the center of Ponta Delgada. Filipe welcomed us with so much enthusiasm and showed us everything around including the garden, swimming pool and pineapple plantation!

Wauw! This was our first stay in the Azores and we were so lucky. Filipe, our host was so welcoming and did a tour of the whole place with a lot of information. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and stuff to do on the island. He even had a discount code for whalespotting. And the accommodation itself was so stunning, beautiful bedroom and bathroom, very nice interior. The room was spacious and we had a kitchen with a big bowl a fruit, the typical bread of the azores and a bottle of wine. All this to welcome us. We had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here! Thank you again Filipe for everything.

Staying at Greens & Houses in São Roque was an absolute dream. I spent almost 2 months here while relocating from NYC, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to land. The studio I stayed in was modern, comfortable, and perfectly set up for remote work, with a stunning view of the sea right from the window. The entire villa is tucked away on a beautiful pineapple farm, and the setting is peaceful, lush, and serene, exactly the kind of environment that invites you to slow down and breathe. There is also a beautiful pool with wide open space to lounge in. It’s just a five-minute walk to the ocean, and the sunsets alone are worth the stay. I had a car rental, and the location is central with easy access to all parts of the island, and it’s less than a 10-minute drive to Ponta Delgada. The owners and team on property were so kind and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from day one. I was also traveling with my cat, and she loved it too! She quickly settled in and seemed just as relaxed and happy as I was. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll be delighted, there are a few adorable cats on the property who add to the charm. Whether you're working remotely, looking to recharge, or planning a longer stay like I was, this place is absolutely ideal. I’m so grateful I found it and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a truly special experience in the Azores.
