Felipe was extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great tour of the property on arrival. Beautiful accommodation and great view from the pool area. We felt very at home here. Also loved the fruit and local foods in the room when we arrived.

We loved this place! Our apartment had a well-designed & equipped interior, looking out onto the beautiful, peaceful garden. We really enjoyed the pool area after sightseeing all day. Felipe was so helpful with advice on where to eat & visit. Good restaurants, beach & sea-bathing areas within walking distance. Very glad we stayed here & not in the centre of Ponta Delgada - felt more like we experienced the real island. Thank you for the welcome pack of wine, cheese, bread & fruits & also for letting us check in early.

We were able to check in early and parking the hire car was easy - lots of parking. We were welcomed by Filipe who is super helpful and friendly. He provided lots of advice during our stay on places to eat and things to do. Our garden room was very modern, clean and quiet. The area around the apartments is a green and quiet oasis of calm. The outdoor dining area and pool are perfect places to relax when you get back from exploring the island. We will definitely be coming back :-)

Beautiful property. We were driving and not very comfortable with the roads in the areas that were often very narrow, hilly and one car wide but two directions of traffic driving on them. This location was nice to have a parking lot and home base that was a bit out of the way from Ponta Delgada and the chaotic driving there. In addition to this was very roomy modern and cosy with a comfortable bed and pillows good air conditioning and amazing host that provided us with the most delicious bread cheese butter wine and fruit basket upon our arrival in addition to many recommendations of what to do on the island.

Very good host (Felipe) and welcoming basket. Location is quite central on the island and near a beach and few restaurants.

This hotel is really overpriced during the summer. The “house” is really small and dark - you need to have the lights on during a sunny day ! And the private outdoor space very limited. The swimming pool is by a busy road so not so peaceful. I recommend to go only if you get a good price otherwise the service and the suite itself isn’t worth it.

It was absolutely amazing. We loved our stay at Green&houses, its super tranquil and calm. Especially Filipe is just super helpfull and comforting. He helped us a lot and provided us with great recomendations where to go, what to see and what to eat. He is absolutely the soul of this place. The owners are a lovely family and we loved that its small and comfortable, not a big anonym hotel. The pool and view to the ocean is absolutely stunning and you can relax and just be! Its in a nice small village 10minutes away from Ponta Delgada.

It could be a little more cleaned, but it was perfectly fine.
