Loved the style of the room, the garden and the fresh fruit!

Andre was an amazing host and gave a very warm welcome. He showed around the property and was available for any questions throughout the stay. The property was clean and very aesthetic.

The house had a weird smell (the one when it is closed for some time) probably because I travelled during off season and the room was not used for some time.

beautiful grounds. nice and large. great view from the pool area of the ocean and sky. friendly and accessible hosts. i liked keyless access. very easy to get in out without the bother of keys. great parking and location. perfect accessories available in the house which allowed me to make a lovely coffee and breakfast each day. and enjoy it on the grounds with a lovely cat that hangs out there. very clean which is always my top priority. very accommodating hosts provided a cot for us.

It was unique, an unexpected lush green environment. The staff were exceptionally attentive and they took their time to explain the facilities and made us feel very welcome.

We expected to have a single apartment but we were on the bottom floor of two and as we found, if you have noisy elephants as neighbours it can be quite frustrating. Parking is available but if there are many guests at the property, you can find yourself boxed in.

Good central location to discover the island. Quiet location and room had all necessary equipment including toaster and pots/pans to be self catering if needed. A lovely welcome basket provided.

Nice concept for quasi AirBNB style/hotel. Super helpful staff ( Felipe) and understanding owner. Flexible common space, nice pool and gardens were pleasant

We had a room by the road and it was noisy during rush hour (the two stroke bikes were bad!). We were unable to move rooms as the place was full but the owner was fair in accepting our complaint and dealing with it. Be careful as soon as you step out of the main door, cars do race by quickly and you need pay attention.

Very nicely updated and furnished apartments. Its on a pineapple farm so they provided me a fresh locally grown pineapple to start! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location wasn't the greatest for spending time in Ponta Delgada but was nice for a halfway point along the coast. Since its an active farm, I did notice some farm smells outside the apartment, but nothing that you would notice from inside.
