Newly renovated studio. Fantastic mattress, slept like a king. Very clean and tasteful decorated, more then sufficiently equipped for a prolonged stay exploring the city center of Split. The host was very accommodating!! Would definitely stay here again if coming back. (*This is not a fake review* ;)

Not a dislike. Only something to be aware of. Stairs and no elevator, in the old town a norm and not an acception.

It was sparkling clean and very state of the art modern and functional and so comfortable!

Not a thing, it’s a little tricky to find firstly because the street turns up a few stairs but Marin our host was waiting outside, and once you get it, you will love the great location, its prime!

Marin, the owner, was superb with his service. At first, I was skeptical about booking the apartment because i had a large luggage and it has exterior stone steps leading to apartment building given its prime location is in the old town , then another set of stairs going up from courtyard and final set of stairs to second floor. Marin met me in old town and guided me to apartment and carried my luggage all the way up to apartment and upon check out early morning at 6:30am, he did the same. Apartment was new, modernly designed, nicely furnished with everything you need, done with high quality so you can tell owners really put in their caring touch! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

A bit of noise from old town, but quiet after midnight.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. The host Marin is great, nothing is too much trouble.

Some may see this as a down side, it really wasn't a problem and a small price to pay for the fabulous location. Being located in the Dioclesians Palace you hear the noise from the bar and streets below, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs or join the party in the fabulous bar!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit difficult to find but the hosts were very helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

There is a bar below, and it can get a bit loud until 12am.

A beautifully renovated apartment in the core of the old city

It was slightly noisy from the local bars, but the noise stopped precisely at midnight.

The apartment is amazing, in the heart of the old city. Marin is the perfect host, very helpful, bristling with tips & supernice. We would definitely come back & stay at Marin's place again!

Of all the 7 bookings on our European Adventure, this incredible apartment was one of our favorites! It is in THE BEST location near old town and the promenade. Marin did a beautiful job renovating this space. Gorgeous! He also arranged for taxi transfers , helped us with luggage and suggested excellent local restaurants that were sensational! We want to come back next year! 👍👍
