Modern and comfortable apartment in the centre of the old town perfect for exploring Split and sampling the restaurants. The host was charming, helpful and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is above a bar and opposite another, and Split is a party town. So it was pretty noisy until at least midnight. So a good apartment if you want to join in the partying, but no so well placed if you want to get an earlier night

The property is newly refurbished with modern tasteful decor. Marin and his brother are charming and very helpful. It is right in the middle of the historic area. Even though there are steps to the apartment, they carried our suitcases up and down for us. There is some noise in the street below but with the windows shut it’s OK.

The apartment is brand new and really beautiful. Kitchen has all the amenities and a variety of coffee. Bed and sofa bed are so comfy and big! Shampoo and Shower had a perfume that feels like a spa. Martin is an awesome host, he reached us when we were lost, gave us a lot of tips, helped is with luggages.. he is the best host, like having a friend in town, always available to help. Position is great too, in the heart of old town and close to everything (seaside, port, supermarket, monuments..) and with just little stairs to reach the address. It is possible to leave bags in the building the day of check out.

A little bit noisy the pub on the street, but at least they had good music :) and at midnight is all super silent.

The apartment is beautifully designed and very comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was amazing and you can see that everything is new, bathroom was spotless and super clean. Our host Marin was a fantastic from the that we book, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return, espacilay when he open Scala Rooftop
