Sugarloaf Mountain Motel

The free breakfast was decent with multiple options. The room was not the most updated, but was very clean. For a quick trip it wasn’t bad. And it was close to the freeway and a convenience store!

The person at check-in needs to learn the appropriate time to discuss “Minor Attracted Persons” tattoos that say “Never back down”. It was disturbing and made myself and my husband extremely uncomfortable being as we were there with our children! The person was not pleasant and did not disclose the extra deposit that was charged. And when asked about the deposit was defensive. This interaction is what lowered the rating overall!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool heated well. I loved the pool.

The motel desk clerk was trying to be funny until it got annoying. She did not live in Bend and knew nothing about the area.

Location, pool, cleanliness, last minute price and availability. Air conditioner was great.

No conditioner or lotion in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great staff! The location is close to Tumalo Park and shopping. Aside from a few cracks in the ceiling and bathroom floor, the room was in pretty good shape with a comfortable bed.

The Refrigerator door was difficult to open on the carpet. Breakfast was average. The sausage was good but the only fruit option was canned peaches.

Breakfast was mediocre atbest but our room was very quiet. We had two queens but one of the queens had some visible hair and a stain on the one beds

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and affordable and met all our needs for a one night stay. The pool was an added bonus.

Staff were friendly.

There were no towels in r swimming area. When I asked for towels, I was given too few for our needs. I was given only one towel for my room despite having four occupants. The breakfast was unstocked and we were given only cereal and a few waffles. Again, not enough for the four of us

Bath Room didn’t have place to hang towels or clothes also No place to hand up clothes,

Hotel is date. Older facilities and rooms. Missing some modern amenities. Room was clean, staff incredibly friendly, location near everything but its Bend so you do have to drive or Uber to get anywhere.
