Seemed to have a big breakfast area, that we were unable to utilize.

Ground floor room full of HUGE spiders and other bugs. Found two “Roley Poley” bugs in my bed, more on the floor and in the bathroom. Asked for refund or higher up room. Given new room, there were huge dusty feet prints from the door to the bathroom inside the room where the toilet seat was up and pee was on the toilet and the ground below. I had then asked for refund, had to go through booking.com. Hotel denied refund. Worst hotel I’ve been to, unsanitary, unclean and the front desk staff was untrained and asking me questions about things she missed and didn’t know much.
