Sugarloaf Mountain Motel

Breakfast was great. Always plenty. The servers on May 23 & 24 was very meticulous about presentation and cleanliness.

I loved the helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, very quiet, nice pool, great breakfast!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The road noise was horrible.

Clean. Good location.

I came in very late from my flight. I was checked in and sent to a wrong building, finally found my room at a different building. Key did not work. Had to go up and down the stairs three times before getting into a different room entirely which was next door and again, I was told it was in the back building. I reminder her where the room was and she was giving me the next #/room. TV didn't work the last 2 days. Just grey static. I asked for a wake up call to catch my flight that was at 6am and it never came through. Thankfully, I woke up to my alarm on my phone. Now, I know the gal that slchecked me in appeared to be doing the best of her abilities but it doesn't change what was lacking overall in the stay. This is my home town I was visiting and I will be back but not staying at the sugarloaf.

Location is good
