Sugarloaf Mountain Motel

Room was clean and smelled good. I was not disturbed by noise from other rooms.

Check in area smelled like an old mop. Not a good first impression. In several ways. The rooms in the building I stayed in face the main highway, so lots of road noise. AC unit took care of masking it. Bedding was a bit worn.

Location to our activities. Clean room. Quiet at night. Good breakfast menu.

Coffee maker in bathroom. No info about phone and how to contact check in desk. Another resident had to tell me where ice machine was. A table would have been nice.

The breakfast

The staff over charged me and when I brought it to there attention they just kind of brushed me off. I had to wait until next day to talk to the morning shift to fix it and they did it no problem. Late shift very unprofessional.

Hotel staff is always the best we've stayed here 3x now everytime rooms been super clean staff super friendly , breakfast has been amazing great spot north of bend easy in and out
